Peter first joined the BSC in the dim, dark and distant past; somewhere around 1986 or ‘87. He started teaching sailing in 1992. Since then his sailing career trajectory has included many voyages in and around the Caribbean, the Mediterranean and a lot of racing; in everything from Solings and Sonars up to a Swan 80. Most recently captain and helm on Scherherazade, a locally famous 40’ race boat that has since moved on to a new owner in Nova Scotia. He is also Fleet Captain of the Constitution Yacht Club. Peter still loves teaching classes at the BSC from Learn to Sail up to Coastal Passage Making.
