Mike Wenzke

Mike had a dream of sailing the Mediterranean, but then one day woke up and realized he didn’t know how to sail. He graduated from the University at Albany with double majors in Political Science and American History and more recently from Suffolk University with a Master’s in Ethics & Public Policy. He has a decade of experience as an executive liability underwriter for Fortune 200 corporations. He is now responsible for keeping the boats clean and lifting heavy objects. Mike enjoys podcasts, live music, cold beer, and getting out tough stains without damaging surfaces. In the off season he likes to travel, including adventures to Turkey, Greece, Croatia, Italy, and Spain. Mike is enthusiastically taking advantage of every sailing opportunity and course he can, while working on his new dream of besting Bradley Churchill in an island race.
