This course will prepare you for a Cruising 30 or Cruising 35 membership or for bareboat chartering in waters like the Virgin Islands.
Three evening sessions from Wednesday through Friday cover the mechanical and electrical systems of a full-size cruising boat, the navigation required for day and night sailing in coastal waters, and docking under power.
Full day sails on Saturday and Sunday teaches all the fundamental skills needed to charter and cruise successfully, including entering unfamiliar harbors, anchoring, sail handling, dinghy use and more. See the recommended gear list here.
