One of the greatest assets of the Boston Sailing Center is the capable, knowledgeable staff.

With our office located on site, our staff is always on hand to assist you in making reservations, boat maintenance, and general sailing questions.
Our Staff shares a love of sailing - whether it's a night sail with friends after work, a vacation cruise with family, or competition in local fleets and national championships. You'll find this enthusiasm in every class we teach.
We select only those instructors who are friendly, patient, and knowledgeable; those who excel at communicating both their techniques and passion.
The Center employs upward to 40 people during the high season, and the majority of the staff has been with the Center for over five years. However, the senior staff are quickly approaching 20-30 years! They have helped shape the Center into the thriving community you see today.
